This week’s theme is water fun, and today I get to post!
Here are 5 Water Fun things for you to try with your kids:
1-Super Hero! Large ice blocks each with a super hero victim of Mr. Freeze. Give your kids squirt guns and have them fire away until they can free their hero.
2- Water Balloon Baseball.
How fun does this look? Fill up some water balloons and go to town!
We have used the Bunch O Balloons several times and they really do work and are easy to fill up!
3- Water Gun Target Practice
This reminds me of those carnival games where you hold the little water squirter and aim it at the ducks. Looks easy to set up and something that both my 10 year old AND 3 year old could enjoy doing.
4- Ahoy Matey! Make your own ice boats! What I loooove about this one is that it takes about zero preparation or extra supplies!
5- Ice Painting
Again, minimal prep work. Pretty much the same as the boats, except you insert popsicle sticks and let the kids PAINT with the cubes once they are frozen. All you need is food coloring, water, and some craft sticks!
There you have it, five different ideas for playing with water (or ice) with your kids this summer!
