Update from 2017: I've added more to the list and there are now 16 Q/U foods!
Q Snacks:
- Quinoa
- Queso
- Quaker oatmeal
- Quick bread
- Quesedilla
- Quiche
- Quiznos subs (cut into smaller parts for snacks)
- Quarter Pounder with cheese (cut into fourths if serving snacks and not a meal)
U Snacks:
- Ugli fruit
- Unleavened bread
- Udi's brand bread/bagels/muffins
- Upside down cake
- Udon noodles
- Unsweetened applesauce
- Uncle Sam cereal
- Unsalted pretzels or crackers
Great job at finding those food items! It almost looks like Q snacks are easier than U snacks.
ReplyDeleteWow, you found some U ones I've never heard of like ugli fruit and udon noodles. Seems like there'd be more u foods! You've done such a great job on these lists.
